The smallest CR Series cryopump. 200 mm ISO-K flange, captures gases by condensation on a 10–20 K cold array. Pumping speeds for water > 1,000 L/s, nitrogen > 600 L/s, argon > 500 L/s. Ultimate vacuum below 10⁻⁸ mbar with a UV-grade stage. Pairs with the HC50W helium compressor on the cold-head supply line.
